Return Policy

All sales are final once a shipping tracking number has been generated. GapArmour will accept product exchanges for incorrect orders placed by the customer. Upon the customer’s request, a return shipping label will be created and emailed to the customer. The customer is responsible for any additional shipping cost to return the incorrect order to GapArmour. Before a return shipping label is created, the customer must place a new order with the correct product and pay for the new order and all shipping costs. Once GapArmour receives the returned order, a product refund of the initial order will be applied to the payment method submitted for the initial order, only if there is no visible damage to the returned product.
