GapArmour Return Policy

Standard Return Policy

GapArmour offers two different sizes of Test Kits to prevent customers from ordering the wrong size (or color) product.  

GapArmour "custom" orders are not eligible to be returned, exchanged and/or refunded.  A "custom" order is any GapArmour product that is altered to a different length, other than the original "spool" length.  See original "Spool" lengths below:

1/2" GapArmour comes in an original "spool" length of 100 linear feet.  3/4" GapArmour comes in an original "spool" length of 100 linear feet.  1" GapArmour comes in an original "spool" length of 100 linear feet.  1 1/4" GapArmour comes in an original "spool" length of 75 linear feet.

Original "spool" length GapArmour products purchased directly from the GapArmour manufacturer may be returned, exchanged and/or refunded if all requirements below are met.

A written request must be submitted by e-mail to sales@gaparmour.com within 30 calendar days of the date of purchase.  The request must include the first and last name of the customer, contact phone number(s) and the reason for return, exchange and/or refund.  In cases of exchanges, specific requests must be included in the request.

Once the request has been reviewed, a response e-mail will be returned indicating whether the return, exchange and/or refund has been approved.

Once the return, exchange and/or refund is approved, all GapArmour products to be returned, exchanged and/or refunded must be shipped back to the manufacturer's address found in the approval response within the original box via FedEx at the expense of the customer.  DO NOT ship any GapArmour product back to the manufacturer before receiving an approval response from sales@gaparmour.com.  

If any returned GapArmour product is received as damaged or altered in any manner, the GapArmour product will be shipped back to the customer, at the expense of GapArmour, and the sale will be considered final.  

Damaged GapArmour Product Received by Customer

If any GapArmour product(s) arrives damaged, or we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacements, we will pay to return the item(s) to us and send a replacement to you. If you decide you do not want a replacement, the item(s) can be returned for a full product refund. Please keep in mind, if you decide to return our product for a refund, you are required to pay for all shipping costs.
