Shipping Policy
Shipping rates vary depending on
the weight and size of the package and destination. All orders are processed
within 3-5 business days from the time we receive the order. Orders placed
after 5:00 pm CST on Friday through 8:00 am CST on Monday will be dispatched on
Monday. All domestic test kit orders are processed from our Texas office through
USPS and should be delivered within 2-3 business days from the time USPS
receives the package. All international test kit orders are processed from our
Texas office through FedEx International Economy and should be delivered within
5-7 business days. All domestic product orders are processed from our New
Jersey office through FedEx Ground or Home Delivery, depending on whether the
package is being shipped to a business or residence, and should be delivered
within 2-3 business days from the time FedEx receives the package. All
international product orders are processed from our New Jersey office through
FedEx International Economy and should be delivered within 5-7 business days.
GapArmour is not responsible for delays caused by the courier. If a package is
returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is
responsible for all delivery cost to re-deliver the order to a corrected
address. GapArmour is not responsible for the loss of a package if the address
provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete. A parcel is considered lost
after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for domestic
orders and 21 business days for international orders. We are unable to submit a
claim to the courier until this period of time has elapsed.
